The Floyd Law Firm Announces New Team Member, Attorney Marissa Drost

Marissa N. Drost has joined our law firm team, bringing with her a caring focus to legal cases of many kinds. Formerly from The Law Office of Jonny McCoy which recently merged with the Floyd Law Firm, her extensive background with research allows her to tackle any issue head-on and to confidently craft arguments for her clients.

Experienced in Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Law, to attorney Drost, cases are never just about numbers – they are about the people involved and their personal stories.

A quick learner, Marissa Drost enjoys new challenges. She is goal-oriented and had her sights set on a career in law since childhood. For as long as she can remember, the answer to the question, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” was always the same—an Attorney.

During her time in law school, Marissa worked as both a Research Assistant for the University of South Carolina and as a Law Clerk for the Senate Judiciary Committee. She enjoys solving problems and is excited to join The Floyd Law Firm family to grow her practice.

At The Floyd Law Firm PC, we understand how important it is that we work towards positive results for all of our clients. We know our local courts and what strategies work best in them. Our firm has more than 100 years of combined experience that allows us to provide highly effective legal services.
